I'm just your average small town girl. I'm a high school teacher and former librarian who loves books, film, and OWLS!!! I'm a broadcasting grad who has a passion for editing cool footage together to make fun and thought provoking films. I love all kinds of art, and I draw mostly fan art, either in Anime form or traditional style.

I guess you could say that I fit the Gothic persona, but let me clarify what that means: Gothic in this situation is applied to the classical era/genre of literature and art which depicts the darker side of humanity--man's sin nature. This genre explores the downward spiral of man and his desparate need for salvation. I am fascinated by antiquity and the literature and thought from this era and am deeply influenced by Lewis Carroll, H. P. Lovecraft, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allen Poe, and T. S. Elliot, just to name a few. I DO NOT consider myself a "Goth" by any means of the word as it is used today. I love all colours (especially purple and red), as well as life and all that it holds as God has given it to us!

But I'm just having a good time and loving the Lord! I love my crazy family and miss my brothers who are living far from me now. I also have an incredible best friend and husband who just lights up my life and loves the Lord SO much! I am very blessed!
